Cancellation Policy
If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment please let our office know 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time in order to avoid a $100 cancellation fee. This $100 cancellation will be charged on the card on file. You are able to text or call us to cancel/reschedule on (562) 331-6543.

No-Show Policy
Patients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged a no-show fee.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Patients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to shorten their treatment or reschedule, and late cancellation or no-show fees may apply.

Refund Policy
All services rendered are non-refundable.

Children Policy
For the safety and comfort of all patients, we kindly ask that children not accompany you to your appointment unless there is another adult present to supervise them.
