Booking & Cancellation Policy Card on File Required: A valid card must be kept on file to book and secure your appointment. Rescheduling & Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, a $45 booking deposit will be required before scheduling your next appointment. Same-Day Cancellations: Appointments canceled on the day of treatment will incur a $55 cancellation fee, charged to the card on file.
